e-Financial Management was established in 2000 by Gary Jesson and Tony Biddle - two experienced Chartered Accountants with a wealth of commercial acumen and an established reputation for professional standards. They saw an opportunity to provide a cost effective, outsourcing solution for entrepreneurial businesses that did not have the in house capability or access to a high level of financial management expertise.

They have brought together an unrivalled support team capable of offering all the online and in-person financial management advice companies need. They have also created a network of affiliated companies covering all key business areas offering clients a one-stop shop for all their outsourcing requirements.

In 2004 the company opened its first regional office in Newcastle upon Tyne. In 2007, two new regional offices were opened in the Midlands and the North West. In 2010, an interim business based in the East Midlands was launched.

With an established client base the company is on track to expand its operation throughout the UK.
